There are two ways to pay: Click the link below (must know amount you want to pay) or use TEXT to PAY.  Text us using our HIPAA secure number (269) 775-1551 and type "Send text to pay."

We will send you a text with your current balance and a private, secure link to make your payment using credit, debit, or Apple Pay®.
