Core Balance Wellness and Fitness Programs

CORE BALANCE offers Personal Training services by appointment only.  Sessions range from 45-60 minutes and can include preventative training, stretching, and general soft tissue massage.  

All clients must receive an evaluation from one of our physical therapists before beginning services.

Appointments are necessary for Personal Training, and can be scheduled at your convenience pending therapist availability.
