We accept BCBS of Michigan plans,  Ascension Health, ABS Bronson, and many out of state BCBS plans.  As of January 1, 2025 we will no longer accept Blue Care Network (BCN).

We accept Medicare, Medicare + Blue Cross Blue Shield (Med + Blue), Aetna Medicare, and UHC Medicare Advantage.  We do NOT accept Medicare/Medicaid plans such as Meridian, Meritain, or Wellcare.

We accept UHC, UMR-UHC, UHOne. We do not accept UHC Dual Complete.

We are not in network with Humana or Humana Medicare, but will accept your out of network benefits.

We do NOT accept Medicaid, Medicare/Medicaid Plans, UHC Dual Complete.

We accept private pay for individuals who have insurance we do not accept.
