Core Balance Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Core Balance, we are committed to providing high-quality care and helping you achieve your recovery goals. To ensure the best use of our therapists' time and to allow other patients access to care, we have the following policy in place:

Cancellation Policy

Please provide cancellation notice by 1 pm on the business day before your scheduled appointment.* Monday appointments must be cancelled by 1 pm on the Friday before. This helps us offer your appointment slot to another patient who may be waiting for care. Appointments cancelled after 1 pm on the business day before will incur a $40 charge.  

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us in advance, it will be considered a no-show appointment with a $40 charge. 

We understand that emergencies or unexpected events can happen. If you believe your absence was due to an unavoidable situation, please let us know as soon as possible. We will need a response by text or phone call at 269-775-1551 to avoid cancellation of all remaining scheduled appointments. 

Should we cancel all your appointments, to continue treatment you will need to contact the clinic to reschedule and discuss your care plan moving forward.
